The Manwoodian is the school’s annual magazine. It is a full-colour, glossy publication that extensively showcases all of the considerable efforts and achievements made by pupils and staff at Sir Roger Manwood’s School during the previous academic year. It brings together a permanent and comprehensive record of all of the wide-ranging activities and successes at the school and is issued to parents, pupils, governors, Old Manwoodians and friends of the school in December of each year. The Manwoodian magazine has a long tradition at the school. It began in hardback form in the Nineteenth Century and has gone from strength to strength every year, The magazine is a very important record that the school values highly and that current pupils and their families take great enjoyment from and many ex-pupils treasure for years to come. The magazine is the perfect testimonial for all that is so great and good about being part of Manwood’s. Everyone who is involved with the magazine is immensely proud of its quality, traditions and comprehensiveness. The Manwoodian Editorial Team has grown in size and enthusiasm over the years, allowing many individuals from all years to demonstrate particular talents and skills in organising, motivating others, working independently, interviewing, writing and photography.
